Dear Client for Hangouts users!
If notifications are too bothering they can be closed for a certain period of time (e.g. for a night time) in the app`s settings ( look pic.1, 2)
Also, you can turn them off through the settings on your device. You should open settings-->notifications & actions, then choose our app and turn off notification mode completely. (look steps 1-3)
