If you picture contains foreign language you can set the scanner to this language. Look at the pictures below. 

                            

In case  you meet this message,  you need to press "Yes" and then application will suggest you to add this language from your device.

                                   

In mobile version it will looked like this. 

When you add the language, you'll see this pop-up on the right lower corner. 

Then wait for a few minutes and reopen the App, your language should be first at the list after you add it.
